Light Bearers (Christ Glows Brightly Within Us)

‭‬“12 When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.””

John 8:12 (NIV)‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬

Christ calls us to be light bearers for Him in this dark world. It starts with you and I! We ask the question, “How do I begin to shine the light of my Savior?” The answer is going to sound very simple, but that is exactly what it is simple. We start small with one step at a time! Shine the light of Christ by sharing the Gospel with one person than watch it suddenly transpire to speaking in front of a crowd of people. It’s how Jesus uses His daughters and sons to be His light bearers in this hurting and broken world. The light will shine again! It’s time we take a bold stand and be a light bearer for Christ. Global revival will begin as His light brightens from generation to generation. We will glow with the light of our Savior within us!

Prayer:

Heavenly Father, We want to stand boldly as Your light bearers in this dark world. Lord, please give us the words to say we shine Thy light everywhere You call us to go and we obediently follow. We are so thankful that the light of Your One and Only Son, Jesus shines brightly within us. In Jesus Name, Amen.
