The House of the Lord (Walk Out Differently Than How You Walked In)

“18 And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it.” Matthew 16:18 (NIV)

When we walk through the doors of the House of the Lord?

What are we looking for:

•Jesus

•Salvation

•Loving Church family to belong to (A place where we can come as we are)

•Corporate worship

•Use our gifts to serve The Lord

•Hope

•Strength

•Encouragement from His Word

•Peace

•Healing

•Revival

•Acceptance as children of God

•Lay our burdens down at the altar

•Comfort

•Deliverance

•Joy

•Friendship

•A seat at the Lord’s table where we can be filled with the Bread of life and no longer thirst for a drink from the well of Everlasting Water

Jesus sets our hearts on fire to serve Him! Has He ignited the Holy flame inside our hearts to work in His Kingdom? We suddenly noticed that our heart has been stirred to stop sitting on a pew and start serving the Lord through the gifts that He has blessed us with. 

God smiles as He sees us pulling our weight in His Kingdom!

Prayer:

Heavenly Father, Your house is a special place! Lord, Thy Presence fills every square inch. We walk out differently than how we walked in. In Jesus Name, Amen.
